Hi, every feature is perfectly working with this for many thousands of users, if something is not working on your site then it could be a problem with your installation only. Hi,
you need to:
1) deactivate and delete free version
2) install and activate pro version
3) Download and install copy to pro add-on from here http://wpdownloadmanager.com/download/copy-to-pro/ , the add-on will help you to copy files from free version to pro version
4) To copy free version files go to wp-admin Downloads Settings Copy to premium tab ….

hi, the download issue probably because of your server settings. As it is working perfectly everywhere else. It could work just fine to your live server. Let me know when you more it from dev to live. I’ll check it there if you still face any issue.
