don’t worry, wpdm pro is very powerful plugin, but need to setup properly, please send a temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com or contact live support if you still facing any problem
1) you need to add FB id, use “Link Template Embedded” and page template = “Single Column, Image Top, Extended” in case of facebook like lock
2) find and replace the word “@webmaniac” from download-manager/functions.php with any other name or just remove
3) you can’t do that for now
4) that may appear if your set limit
5) use [icon] tag with template, to link use like this <a href=”[page_ur]”>[icon]</a>
6) for http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/file-download/my-favorite-songs/ , install attached add-on , then create a new page template with following code:

use the page template for any package, you want to use as mp3 ablum
but, if your theme is responsive, it will work great in any device without problem, check our demo.
as i reported from live support, limit is working fine in your site, but please let me know if you still facing the issue
wpdm pro already search description too, but it search as taking full search term as a phrase, but not by words.
need to check in your site, could be a problem with file permission or file path.
you can change storage location by changing path at download-manager.php
define(‘UPLOAD_DIR’,$d.’/uploads/download-manager-files/’);
but not recommended.

you need to change css from here /wp-content/plugins/download-manager/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.css
it could be a js conflict with another tinymce plugin and any other plugin you using there, need to check from site admin, please send a temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com
you need to replace those texts from /plugins/download-manager/functions.php
it was happening because base slug for package was empty. more details about url slug is here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/docs/settings/
