btw, wpdm pro already have the latest version of timthumb 2.8.11

you need to replace those texts from /plugins/download-manager/functions.php

it was happening because base slug for package was empty. more details about url slug is here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/docs/settings/

we have separate add-on (free) here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/downloads/add-ons/ for that.
