yes, you can do that

try creating new template or you have to edit theme css 🙂

not yet, but adding that as option within next update

send a temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com to check your issue.

category is not showing , may be because that category access settings

Ah, nice, I see you guys already figured it out 🙂 thanks for mutual co-operations

it may happen for theme, give me your URLs to check

looks like support team didn’t get any login info, please mail to support@wpdownloadmanager.com with this forum post link, again.

deactivate and reactivate the plugin, but if still don’t resolve the issue, send a temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com

You can see everything from stats menu, like
in “Package vs Date” tab you will see the download count of each package for a specific dates, now if you click on download count, you will see who downloaded and from where.

you can add class editing php file here: /download-manager/modules/additional-preview-images.php , line # 101

Thanks 🙂 I’ll check those.

not possible yet.

adjusted

that will not work for wpdm. you have to add it as custom link

try delete and re-install ( don’t worry, uninstalling plugin will not change/delete any of your data )

– [wpdm-archive] short-code only will work if you have this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-directory-add-on/ installed and activated.
– package icon will be applied for each package, no category icon support still now
– you can change the default sorting order with using extra param with category short-code like order_field=”create_date” order=”desc”
– extended shortcodes settings page not required, it just will enable you to use [wpdm_tree] short-code

please give me your email address here so that I can ask support team to check it asap.

#2 I see there are 2 double quite, remove one, and add a class for “a” tag
#3 send a temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com with forum post link to check it.

did you mean adding category in menu, if yes, you have to add category url as custom link

please send temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com with this forum post link.

change in name will not change url, to change category url you have to delete and recreate the category

actually wpdm pro categories will not work in that way still now.

sorry about the “_” , it will be “-” ( thanks to @ttyasi ) , please give me your url to check, if its still not working for anyone.
