yes 🙂 I meant that , you need to create a custom page template in your theme, then select the page template from display setting, but don’t just do that now, as new version coming tomorrow with lots of changes, wpdm pro moved to CPT there.

will not require and wpdm pro will support acf autometically from 2mro. As, not we are ready with next update of wpdm pro with CPT.

we have an add-on here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/user-review-add-on/ for rate & review, bit download condition can’t be applied with this be default, anyhow can be achieved through some customization, also microform add-on add form lock option but the add-on still don’t have rating option.
