The table will show file type icons, anyhow make wpdm-all-downloads.php writable, i’ll update the file to show your selected icons.

Add the following code at the end of download-manager/functions.php

add_action("before_download", "wpdm_download_notification");

if they are already in server, simply get the url and use it in remote url field while creating a package.
