nothing to fix there, sorry, but there was no way to keep same ID as in v4 wpdm pro moved to custom post type. you need to change package short-codes anywhere you used it.

@xtiaan_moons, duplicate will come only if you migrate same item twice. in that case simply need to delete duplicate items.

updating process is very simple, you can download v4.0.4 from your order details page, delete old version and install latest version, but if you still need help with this please send temporary wp-admin login info again to support@wpdownloadmanager.com

that issue was with v4.0.3, but we already have fixed the issue in v4.0.4, please update your copy

now you will need migration add-on to migrate packages from 3.3.8 to 4

you had to deactivate all wpdm add-on before updating/deactivating wpdm pro, or you tried to install and activate add-on before activating wpdm pro. anyhow now you will have to delete the add-ons from ftp, then update wpdm pro.
and the slider add-on is will not require if you use extended short-code add-on. anyhow everything is functional there, just need proper setup, please send wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com if you need help with setup

3) please download premium package add-on again to get the latest version, we have released update recently for wpdm v4 compatibility.

ok, got it, it is not working there as the html generating there dynamically, anyhow please send temporary wp-admin login info and ftp access to wpdm-archive-page dir again, support team will make that for you.

given url functions ok, but the page view is because of you link template and wp theme you using there.

you don’t have to purchase the add-on , you can use integrated custom field feature for that, anyhow we are upgrading the add-on to setting up default custom fields for wpdm pro.

try clearing browser cache, and if you are using v4.0.4, check if bootstrap css disabled in wpdm settings, in that case enable it..
