1) duplicate only will come if you migrate same package twice or more. in that case you can delete duplicate ones.
2) sorry about that, but as we moved to custom port type in wpdm v4, we didn’t have any way to keep same IDs
3) please download premium package add-on again to get the latest version, we have released update recently for wpdm v4 compatibility.

you don’t have to purchase the add-on , you can use integrated custom field feature for that, anyhow we are upgrading the add-on to setting up default custom fields for wpdm pro.

try clearing browser cache, and if you are using v4.0.4, check if bootstrap css disabled in wpdm settings, in that case enable it..

you need to download latest version from you order details page, then delete old version and install the latest version.

in pro v4.0.0 sortable list removed from core, as most users have 1000s of packages which was causing high load in that page because of datatable, but still the same table will be available again with extended short-code add-on ( free ).

disable js minify from your cache plugin, then it will work. Now JS minifier breaking jquery .

wpdm pro don’t have any file size limit, anyhow please check if you have nextgen gallery installed, in that case you will have to apply this patch here: http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/0kb-download-process-php-next-gen-gallery/ , otherwise please send a temporary wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com, support team will check your issue.

1) category should me imported successfully, but may not be assign to packages properly because of slug change in some cases. now category page still will not show short-code, but use tinymce button add-on to generate short-code
2) not clear
3) not cear, but there should not be any issue with files
anyhow please send a ftp access to plugins dir and wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com to check your installation
