wpdm pro don’t interfere with media library, but when you use [thumb] tag it dynamically create smaller size thumbnail in uploads dir, but those images are not store meta data in database, so why you could see the title empty, you may delete those, but in that case will recreate again, anyhow in next update will assign separate folder for those thumb.

in most cases URL will not change and in case of flat url it uses slug, not the id, but about the package short-codes, there are no automated or quick way, need to change each short-code separately, sorry for the trouble, but we did this upgrade to make wpdm pro better for you though it brings some extra works for users.

nothing to fix there, sorry, but there was no way to keep same ID as in v4 wpdm pro moved to custom post type. you need to change package short-codes anywhere you used it.

@xtiaan_moons, duplicate will come only if you migrate same item twice. in that case simply need to delete duplicate items.

that issue was with v4.0.3, but we already have fixed the issue in v4.0.4, please update your copy

you had to deactivate all wpdm add-on before updating/deactivating wpdm pro, or you tried to install and activate add-on before activating wpdm pro. anyhow now you will have to delete the add-ons from ftp, then update wpdm pro.
and the slider add-on is will not require if you use extended short-code add-on. anyhow everything is functional there, just need proper setup, please send wp-admin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com if you need help with setup
