ok now, fixed.
Issue was with non-ascii dir name. So I added utf8_decode in process.php, updated fles attached with this message for reference. Anyhow the fix will be included with next update.

simply add [file_list] tag with the page template to add individual download option.

either your server is in its quota limit or /wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files/ dir is not writable , but as you already uploaded 5 items successfully, please check your server space limit.

sorry for the issue, we update the add-on but missed to update link in all add-on pack. anyhow you can download now.

it is because “Hide Everything” settings. its hiding complete package info but still showing the block, anyhow I applied hide download link option so that page shows regular, anyhow we upgraded the query to skip packages without access for “Hide Everything” settings, update coming within next few hours.

please unzip Download-Manager-Pro-v4.0.5.zip , there you will see 3 zips, install download-manager-4.0.5.zip and then wpdm-m24x.zip

it could be other plugin causing the issue, please try disabling other plugin to detect the plugin which one is causing the issue

for individual download you also need to use [file_list] tag

ftp add-on is actually for adding files in a package from remote server using ftp access

okay, i’ll add a new link template with exact design of free version 🙂
