looks like you are using old version of add-on, please download those add-ons again to get the latest version and install, I tried to install but couldn’t do that for server permission issue .

yes, we got the issue with the dashboard widget, we missed to sync the count with v4, that was for v3.
just checked here http://www.smartchange.it/downloads , archive page add-on loads package using ajax and when there are locked package, download button may not active sometime because of jquery binding, in that case, need to open package details page to download. anyhow we are trying to find a new option for that.

“I had this issue before and someone from here fix it.. but now is is not working again!!!!” this totally could be a hosting issue, as if it was working and suddenly stopped worked, then it could be because any change in your hosting, anyhow still checking and try to find the reason.
please give me the package url where you can’t see preview image. anyhow preview image display depends on page template, if you don’t use [thumb] tag in page template, you will not see preview image.

If you are running free now, you don't have to worry to move. Delete free version then install pro and use attached add-on to migrate packages. Only thing is as we moved to custom post type in wpdm v4 , you will have to reassign categories to packages if there is any, and re-enter package short-code, as IDs are changed in custom post type and we didn't have any way to keep same ID. If you use wpdm pro v3.3.8, you don't have change anything as v3 was using same custom table as free. But custom post type will give you better experience in long term 🙂

ok now, I had to replace $html .= ob_get_content(); ob_clean(); with $html .= ob_get_clean(); because of theme conflict.
