it is because your mysql server and utf8 support, Need to run following sql to fix, but there is nothing to change in wpdm pro

ALTER TABLE `wp_postmeta` CHANGE `meta_value` `meta_value` LONGTEXT CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci NULL DEFAULT NULL;

csv format is not same as sample file there, each field should under double quote ( ” ). anyhow I’m preparing a advanced csv importer and will be ready for download within next 2 days.

I meant caching the download url dynamically and generate QR Code. But if download url can’t be fixed, as that will void the lock option.

aactually disable both is working, but its just not staying selected in settings page, anyhow checking that.

ok got it now 😀 we already working on the add-on, it is coming soon. you will have option to select default settings for a package so that you don’t have to do same job repeatedly when you are adding a package. I also think that will save a good time for everyone.

another reason could be the total file size there exceeding your server memory limit or check it cache dir is not writable.

FYI, if you delete single-wpdmpro.php from crypton theme, then the details page will automatically use the selected page template.

@MarvinTheMouse, please ask hosting or server support to activate zlib. multifile package makes a zip of all file to download which required zlib.
