the error says file is not uploaded successfully, give me ftp info to plugins dir and wp-admin login info, I’ll do that for you.
if you re-install v3 all files should be there. deleting plugin doesn’t delete data. anyhow you can download v4 from order details page after login. give me a wp-admin login info to check the current status.

it is something related to your server, probably server is not allowing the function “session_srart” to create tmp file, please ask your hosting/server support, it need to be done from their side 🙂

in v4 we have upgraded css from bootstrap v2.3.2 to v3, as bootstrap change , here also comes those changes :).
1) simply click on category title to go to edit window, don’t change anything and click update button, full tree wil appear.
2) associate may be lost as after migration category ids are different. as here it i using custom taxonomy, need to reassing

it was because you were using old version of add-on, anyhow I updated add-on and its showing fine now. anyhow please update wpdm pro too
if you apply lock option for the package, player will not be able to play attached files except you add some preview track with that package. for preview track, you simply need attached sample mp3 files with that package from attach media. means. only upload sample files using “Add Media” button above editor, but don’t need to insert into editor.
probably server is not allowing base dir access. Anyhow you can set an accessible base dir from Download Manager Settings Access Settings File Browser Root
