as you are getting package info in callback function you can set up email for any specific packages or categories. you need write code to check if package is under the category.

I see, it is because you applied download to specific users only, in that such case individual downloads will be blocked, it will work for role bases access.

no such option with accordion add-on, anyhow its a good idea and noted for implementation.

About page creation, there is nothing to do from wpdm pro, as wpdm pro using custom post type, when you create a new package it automatically created by wp itself.
