try disabling bootstrap css from download manager settings.

for 30 mins or so. Download count works only when you download full package, if you download single file from a package it will not be counted.If you can’t upload using s3, then it is permission issue with api key you using there.

As you see we are using wordpress native file uploader, such issue only may happen if you server causing any issue with moving file after it is uploaded, anyhow, in such case you can upload the file using ftp, then attach the file with package using server file browser.

it doesn’t break anything :). The access key you see in URL is temporarily generated by amazon s3 and it expires after a certain time period. Without that you will not be able to download.

I still can’t access plugin editor

#1, #2) only pro version has mutli-file support. WPDM Free v2.7 still in RC and we didn’t adjust some wording yet. We will replace “package” with “file” as it is in wpdm free v2.6 now. sorry for the misunderstanding.

#3) it may happen only if your theme css interface with download button css. if you just want link and icon without any button style, please open /download-manager/templates/link-template-default.php , remove link-btn [color]

it is coming from your theme and need to change there. One way is create a copy of single.php , name it single-wpdmpro.php and remove post meta info from there.
