Looks like it is coming from your theme, you need to edit theme template. Here is an way:

• create a copy of single.php and name it single-wpdmpro.php
• removed those info and save

FILE BROWSER ROOT is not the file storage location, this is the base dir for server file/dir browser. All uploaded files will go to /download-manager-files/ dir.

“Same ID” is coming from wp, nothing to do with wpdm there actually. as in different subsite using different table for posts and different table may have different package with same id.
