latest stable vrsion is v4.1.2 and it is using custom post type, your theme author using any function which is causing the conflict with v4 (v3 was not using custom post type). Also v3 stable version v3.3.8 is there also in your order details page.

if you seeing license page again, means /download-manager/cache/ dir is not writable. And please post in pro forum for faster response.
you can try with “Bulk Import” option or attach dir in edit package window.
