latest stable vrsion is v4.1.2 and it is using custom post type, your theme author using any function which is causing the conflict with v4 (v3 was not using custom post type). Also v3 stable version v3.3.8 is there also in your order details page.
there is nothing to fix, as I said you need to make /download-manager/cache/ dir writable, I also asked to post in pro forum for faster response.
