Showing ok now, there are lots of plugins and any of your plugin causing the issue
Sorry, that was my fault. Yesterday I’ve update WPDM Custom Field Add-on ( http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdm-advanced-custom-field-add/ ), but forgot to attached it with special pack. Anyhow I’ve added it with special pack now and also updated in your site. Everything is working fine now. Anyhow please let me know if you need assistance anywhere else.
About theme, any standard theme which support custom post type should work fine with wpdm pro.
It could be because of your theme. May you please give me a temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check your issue.
I see date are already ok, anyhow use additional parameter toobar=0 with short-code to hide sorting options.

Drop-down was not showing for double bootstrap.js inclusion ( 1 from your theme , another form wpdm pro ). I disabled the bootstrap.js from wpdm settings page and now drop-down is working fine. Details pages are not working also because of theme conflict, looks like the theme is not well compatible for custom post type, please try changing theme. Thanks

we have scheduled in for next month actually we have some due work on main plugin update.
from front-end any user will only see the docs created by himself, admin can see all docs from wp-admin.
