those are not the issue, let me explain you, wpdm pro create a zip first time when someone tries to download a multi-file package and from next time it serves the zip file created first time as creating zip file every time could give extra load in your server, but when you updated a package it deletes old zip files as there could be new file. But sometimes for file access permission in server, it may fail to delete old zip and in such case, after update a package when someone tries to download, he still will get the old zip. So there I need check it in your installation.

Just deactivate and delete plugin from wp plugin manager. And if you don’t need the data from free version you can delete download-manager-files dir, Anyhow a dir with same name will be created by v4.1.4 too for storing files.

Sorry for delays. TinyMce button installed and activate ( last icon at first row in tinymce editor toolbar ). I tested a file and looks like working fine. But please let me know if you are having issue in any specific URL
sorry, forgot to update description, now there is only latest version, you can install it directly after download. But please let me know if you have any other question. Pro version has 100s more features which could make it little more tricky then free version and may take some time, anyhow we have explained everything in docs, also we are here to answer any of your questions 🙂

the package was not setup properly. edit the package, update access and other fields, then it will work fine. The fatal error is because, image magic failed to read this file /home/mnhjy/public_html/35_36/1/Lughty-T.pdf , please try re attaching. And #3 also related to “ImageMagic” in your server, nothing to do from wpdm.

please edit the package and click update. Then it will re-cache the zip with all attached file. If it still doesn’t work, then it is something with dir permission. In that case, send me temporary wp-admin login info and ftp access to wp-content dir in a private reply.

You can add categories in menu from menu manager, if you don;t see download manager categories there, please check “Categories” from screen option from right-top corner of the screen.
