Probably any included category has “All Visitor” selected. A package inherits all access roles from selected categories.

Sorry for all confusions, http://loewen-development.de/downloads/?udb_page=my-downloads will show the packages only assigned to that user specifically using Select Members: option by default. However, if you want to show role assignment there too, add shortcode parameter role=1

Sorry for the delays, here are the answers to your queries:
1. Are you able to give us information/link to guide on how we are able to get users to register and if there is anything we can do to register the existing subscribers list?
– User can’t signup from email lock, if you want the option there, it will require customization. However, if you want user to signup and login before download, you need to remove “All visitors” from allow access option and select “Subscriber” role.
2. On the registration form, are we able to add our own fields for additional information – example: Company?

There is actually no issue, you are seems to be seeing less unique downloads due to all guest downloads and all guests are treating as a single user with uid 0. However, we are working on it so that individual guest users are identified by IPs.
