as it is now, the add-on only subscribe in single list, so to meet your requirements there will require some customization.
if you make the package password protected and enable individual download, the package may looks like this:

there user can download each file separately using password, but if you want separate url for each file, you need to create separate package for every file.

actually the way you want it there will require customization in code which is not part of the core plugin feature and that may take around 5 hours 🙂 .
