1. Are you able to give us information/link to guide on how we are able to get users to register and if there is anything we can do to register the existing subscribers list?

– User can’t signup from email lock, if you want the option there, it will require customization. However, if you want user to signup and login before download, you need to remove “All visitors” from allow access option and select “Subscriber” role.

2. On the registration form, are we able to add our own fields for additional information – example: Company?

— Yes, using the advanced access control add-on above.

2Checkout doesn’t have the option. But, we can change your payment method to stripe and there you can do that.
