You simply need to delete v4.1.7, then install 4.1.8

actually we used a prefix like ([\d]+)_ when there is file with same name already exists and we removed the prefix before download to avoid confusion with filename in user end, your default filename matching with the prefix we used there, that is why it is removing before download, anyhow we shall alter the option with next update.

I see line numbers are different in your file, anyhow I’ve added the code in proper place, now lazy download will work fine with bulk import.

It is something with your server, actually nothing to change in code as it is working fine for all other users, however, I could not check error log file, but something in your server is not working well when it is trying to read pdf file, may you please ask hosting support or atleast may you please ask them to give the error log for the download page.
