clone panel template, wrap the template code with <div class="col-md-4">TEMPLATE CODE HERE</div>, save it as new template and use the template ID with archive page short-code.

actually wpdm use php function to calculate php file size and file size from remote url can’t be calculated without adding extra load in your server, so in case if remote url you need to add file size manually in package settings.
Actually your theme developer can tell it better :), probably need to create another page template.
