@Chrisking, if you are using “The Event Calendar” plugin, you need to disable it, the plugin has an issue, which is causing problem, however “The Event Calendar” plugin devs are adjust it and hopefully will fix it with their next update

1) clone link template panel
2) add <div class="col-md-4"> before the template content
3) add </div> after template content
4) save it as new template, lets name it “Panel 1/3”
5) Use tinymce toolbar button to generate archive page short-code, select the link template “Panel 1/3”

the adding & saving wpdm package directly handled by wp’s native library and uses posts table, nothing to do there from plugin side. however, if you want that customization, please contact customize@wpdownloadmanager.com

no, I heard it first from you, we are also using multi site in wpdm theme demos, and each site showing it own posts only.

you need to use short-code [wpdm_frontend], then from download manager settings frontend tab, please select user roles, you want to allow upload from frontend.

Please use http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/ to generate short-code.
