#1. is causing for your server settings for “open_basedir”, anyhow we have removed that option for next update
#2. docx.png is missng from /files-type-icons/48×48/ , anyhow I also adding it for next update.
wpdm subscribers are coming from email locked packaged, they are not registered user in your site, but if you want user to register in your site, simply remove “all visitors” from “Allow Access” field, then select other roles for that field.
may you please give me a temporary wp-amdin login info to check it in your installation.
sorry, that is not possible for now but we noted it to implement in future.
#1 & #2. Yes, the issue generated in last update for some of our change, anyhow we have adjusted it for next update which is coming tomorrow, until then, please activate guest checkout.
#3. but I’m not sure about this, as in my side default role for signup is subscriber, except any other plugin in your side changing it.
In a package, you can add multiple files ( as many as you want ), at from front-end when user downloads this package, they will get a zip file containing all attached files or you can enable them you download individual file ( single file from the attached files ) like this http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/wpdm-package/multi-file-package/ , but when you enable individual file download option, you also need to use [file_list] tag with your link or page template to show the file list with download button at front-end, and templates are explained here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/
Looks like you didn’t set it up properly, settings are explained here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/using-premium-package/settings-premium-package/ , however, if you want me to set it up there, give me a temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply.
sorry, no global default for this option.
It is something related with your server, wpdm have no limitation on file size and the uplaod process is totally handled by wordpress’s native library code.
Many thanks for your appreciation, please help us with a 5* rating here https://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/download-manager?rate=5#postform when you get some free moments. Anyhow, Top download widget is already available there in widget page :), you simply need to add it in your sidebar.
No, that should work fine in free too, may you please give me temporary wp-amdin login info in a private reply to check your issue.
Add following css at the end of your theme css:
.jqueryFileTree .file {
background-position: left center !important;
border: 0 none;
line-height: 24px !important;
padding: 0;
}
.jqueryFileTree * {
background-position: left center !important;
font-size: 11pt;
line-height: 25px;
}
looks like you didn’t enter api credential properly, please try reentering google api info in wpdm settings page again and save settings.
Just checked your page, looks like it is already showing properly.
please try updating permalink structure from Admin Menu Settings Permalinks .
I just tested here, looks like the download count increment is working properly
ok, don’t worry, give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply, I’ll do that for you 🙂
But if you enable guest checkout and user signup after he complete order, after signup/login , he need to enter his order ID in the text box with 1st image and then need to click “Resolve” button to associate his order with his account.
The Process is after payment completed, customer will redirect here http://midulsterfocus.com/orders/ and will see his order like this:

Need to click on order title to open download page like this:

SUCURI is blocking my access to your site.
See here http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/wp-content/plugins/download-manager//file-type-icons/48×48/pdf.png I used “//” it doesn’t cause 404 however, looks like the typo is with your 48×48, there using times sign ( × ), but it should be x char. And we didn’t use times sign there, somehow your server or any other installed plugin there is converting 48x48 to 48×48 ( 48×48 ).
