I couldn’t disable some plugin because of active theme, I had to change theme to deactivate plugins, now it looks ok. Probably any of those active plugin actually causing the issue

for now remove add_filter('request', 'wpdm_rssfeed'); from wpdm-hooks.php, but next update will have option to enable disable it.
