Yes, you can keep the fields in any order, just need to keep field headers and values in same order.

please give me the dir path and temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply, I’ll check your issue.

whatever it is, you need to keep those at one line in csv file.

I see everything is already setup properly, only thing was missing is guest download page as you activated guest checkout and download. Anyhow I’ve created it http://www.furniturefirst.coop/downloadmgr/guests-downloads/ .

However you won’t have to create page for using short-codes like this http://www.furniturefirst.coop/downloadmgr/stationary-upholstery/ , you can directly link category page like this http://www.furniturefirst.coop/downloadmgr/downloads/market-special/ with your menu from menu manager or here http://www.furniturefirst.coop/downloadmgr/.

Yes, you need to select “Open in browser” from download manager settings. But only embeddable files like pdfs, images will work.

Simple delete old version and install new one, deleting plugin will not delete your data.

please use complete embed code

ok now 🙂

btw, we also have added the fix in our side for next update.

Showing an fatal error inside wp-admin

<b>Fatal error</b>: Call to undefined method WPBakeryVisualComposer::getInstance() in <b>/home/n2yp2fw4/public_html/wp-content/themes/strata/functions.php</b> on line <b>841

Looks like coming from your theme

If you don’t need update after 1 year, you will not have to pay every year. Sorry, no demo/trail is available.

Yes, because, in paypal pro there is a form to enter cc info, but in stripe, the form is actually coming from their site in a iframe which is already using SSL.

It is not allowing me to edit plugin file from wp-admin, anyhow I’ve attached updated file. Please download, unzip and upload wpdm-funcitons.php to /download-manager/ dir

Or give me ftp access to download-manager dir, I’ll do that for you.

To update wpdm plugin/add-on, you need to deactivate and delete old version,  download new version from our site , then install and activate new version, however we are working on auto-update feature.

Please give me url where you using accordion add-on and temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply.

Better to chat in skype, my skype ID: shahnur.alam

Some other plugin messing up the inline js code in that page,  may I try disabling other plugins temporarily ?

Because the package was private, I made it public and now previews are showing using the package

please give me temporary wp-admin login info to check the issue.

1. Single Page Listing All Downloads: https://www.thewritingking.com/all-packages/ ( Password: 123456 )
2. Will ask for name and email when user click on download link
3. I see you already linked mail chimp list in wpdm setting, so all subscribers now will be added in Book review list
4. To send messages to list, you need to setup newsletter in mailchimp, nothing to do in your wp admin
5. PDF stamper also working fine ( https://www.evernote.com/l/AV3hEgLIn8ZFvZyfN6GUH7wKG5_Ite27EjYB/image.png ), but {fullname} tag will only work for loggedin users
6. Working fine ( https://www.evernote.com/l/AV1-y_O8wixJqJZfGFE77GWWA09b-qvkhdgB/image.png ), you can configure the email from Downloads Subscribers Email Template tab

Not important for Stripe.

Ok, I’ll make it required with the next update of the add-on 🙂

I’ve tested and it is working fine, but guest order is actually for the users who don’t want to signup or create an account in your site, lwho already have an account in your site and already logged-in to that account, he is actually not a guest anymore, he is a member and when he purchase an item it will be associated with his account and he can download it from another page ( http://www.colleengleason.com/members-download/ ) where need to use short-code [wpdm-pp-purchases] , also when a guest become a member, he also can associate his order with your account applying order order in members download page.

Is it possible to combine package descriptions and show it on a certain page or category page with the use of a shortcode or something else.

— Sorry, not exactly clear what you trying to do here

Is it possible to add category description with the use of a CSV import file?

— Sorry, no

Please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply here. I’ll set this up there for you.
