if you are trying to create a custom template in your theme for category page, the file name should be taxonomy-wpdmcategory.php

If you move uploads dir properly, then all images will be ok, for descriptions and other contents, they are in database. You won’t need to re-add.

YES, it is showing files , but download still not working for ftp, probably/plugins/download-manager/cache/ dir is not writable, may you please check that once.

They are ok now, problem was, wrong page was selected for user dashboard in wpdm settings frontend.

the ftp is now showing file list in my local installation like this:

But not showing when trying to use the same ftp from your server.

Actually permissions are working fine, in the package “Brand and Graphic Standard Manual”, your selected access roles:

• Contributor
• Author
• Editor
• Administrator

and selected category

• Marketing

For category “Marketing” your selected access:

• All Visitors

Any package inherits all roles from selected categories

so effective access roles for the package “Brand and Graphic Standard Manual” are:

• Contributor
• Author
• Editor
• Administrator
• All Visitors ( Inherits from category “Marketing” )

Sorry to hear that. Deleting download manager plugin will not affect your imports/packages, you simply need to keep the uploaded files /uploads/download-manager-files/ unaltered.  You can delete wpdm plugin files completely and reinstall a fresh copy.
