Please update your tinymce button add-on. We change the parameter name recently to match with original WordPress query.
that is not possible yet, but we are working on all in one short-code, where you will be able to build any custom query like that simple adding new short-code parameter, hopefully will be available with the next update of wpdm pro.

Built-in update will not work for main plugin yet, but we are working on that, until then, please download latest version from our site and update your copy manually.
File download counted should work fine, but if you click on same download link several times in same session it will be counted as one.

We already fixed the issue and re-uploaded plugin, we didn’t increase version number as it was a hotfix, please download again to get the fixed copy and update.

That is not possible for single file download inside a package.
But you can do that create separate package for each file and using category short-code in a page.

Tested now again, found the issue with check boxes and add-on updated, but radio buttons was working fine.
Everything is working fine in your setup. The doc page is also updated http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/post-subscription/ . Now you will see subscribe button in every download page.
Problem is happening because of your theme, bootstrap select enqueue converting regular select menu to bootstrap dropdown, however, need to edit js/site.js inside your theme dir to fix it.
Probably your pdf is already encrypted, however please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check.
There is no global settings for this.
