— You don’t have to reassign the roles to that package, you will not see the roles selected for the category in package access option, but at front-end package access will be calculated from the sum of the roles selected for the package and the roles selected for the assigned categories.
So you don’t reassign same roles for the package when assigned category already have the role selected, though you will not see any visual change in role selection when you assign a category to a package.
May you please give me a package url and temporary wp-admin login info to check your setup.
Again, package access will work in this way, when you are creating a package, you can assign category to this package and also select roles for this package. Finally, effective package access roles will be union of the roles you selected for the package and the roles from selected categories, so, if “All Visitors” are selected anywhere there, the package will be accessible by every one.
Custom template created from WPDM Template Editor should not be altered by plugin update, however I need to test both of your situation to find what exactly is happening there, please give me temporary wp-admin login info and ftp access to plugins dir in a private reply to check it in details. Popup is working fine now, earlier it was closing automatically because bootstrap js included twice, one from theme and another form wpdm, I’ve disabled wpdm’s bootstrap js from settings page

However if you try reCaptcha repeatedly Google may block the IP temporarily for a certain period on time. So if you see connection error with google.com wpdm have nothing to do there, however, we shall add an alternative self hosted captcha option soon.
Ok now. Also issue fixed in our side and theme update. The issue was in taxonomy-wpdmcategory.php .

You need to select dashboard pages from wpdm settings front-end tab, it still flat url doesn’t work, please use short-code like [wpdm_frontend flaturl=0] and [wpdm_user_dashboard flaturl=0]

reCcaptcha is working fine in all view in our side, probably there are some js conflict in your site, however please use [download_link_extended], also you may try [download_link_popup]
For now, Please create a custom link and a page template to resolve the issue.
