First of all file need to be in csv format, please follow the sample.csv attached in previous reply, or upload all files in a dir, then import the dir from bulk import menu..

Yes, deleting package will not delete files, as same file could be attached with ,multiple packages.
Yes, it is because of jquery form plugin, but as per our test, it need to fixed from “Ultimate Members” plugin, but to check all over their code is a bit overhead for us 🙁

Sorry, no sorting option with the tag, you can sort the files from attached file list ( except the dir attachment )
@zynkedesign, Sorry, I thought you were talking about advanced csv import, wpdm pro bulk import still doesn’t support tag import.

Please make the paypal pro plugin file writable or give me ftp access the plugins dir, so that I can check this. BTW, please update to v1.2.2 first.
I’ve tested, Looks like any of your active plugin interfering with download process, may I try disabling other plugins temporarily.
#1. actually this is not an problem at all, wpdm doesn’t increase download count if you download same item repeatedly in same session.
#2. You simple need to create a custom link and a custom page template to resolve the issue, however we already released a hot fix yesterday, you need to download wpdm pro again and update.
#3. Extra class is not applicable anymore as now we are handling this with this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-image-button/ . The doc page link you gave already have a deprecated notice with updated docs link.

I’m trying to install Advanced TinyMCE button add-on, it is asking for FTP info. and the “Download File” link was generating by “MediaBlender” plugin, I deactivated the plugin and download link is showing fine now.
No, I’m not seeing any file named DeliverySystemDiagram_Examples.pdf or DeliverySystemDiagram_Example.xlsx in that dir.
I tried again, There something with the category “Backup”, please delete and recreated the category, then import. All others categories are associating well.
