The problem was causing by the short-code [not_logged_in]…[ /not_logged_in], however I’ve added some chars — after the short-code and now wpdm sort-codes showing fine.

Actually it always shows the title exactly,  You need to change the title for that package.

It requires internet access to activate license.

@sporkman, that is correct, however the preview will not work for locked or private files.
