1. It will depend on how you think, you may verify once when user is installing or repeatedly after a certain period like 15 days
2. You can code in your software to allow users to use it for 15 days or so without using key
3. Request url example:
   http://yourdomain.com?action=wpdm_pp_ajax_call&execute=verifylicense&domain={domain name / IP}&key={license-key}&product={productID}

Product ID should be hard coded and get it from manage package page.

Actually, same file could be attached with multiple packages, that’s why wpdm doesn’t delete file when package is deleted. Anyhow we shall add a settings option to enable/disable file delete when package is deleted.

When I click on the category in this url http://cpmr.org/all-documents/ , it is redirecting me to http://cpmr.org/wpdm-category/cohesion/ where showing all packs from the category.

It was because you already used the key for a subdomain, however, I’ve unlocked it.

You can setup file browser access from wpdm setting page, but additional admin menus are only visible to administrator.

I see you are using old version of WordPress Download Manager Pro, please update your copy. That will fix the issue.
