Upload and download is not working

Hi I just have update Download Manager to version 5.4.1 and the front end upload doesn’t work anymore, when the user select the file to be uploaded and save the package a succesfull message appears, but no file has been uploaded.
I just have checked the allowed file type list and its ok.
please Help

Please open a new topic and provide your related front-end upload page URL and admin login credentials in a private reply so that we can debug and give you a better solution.
However, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, please let me know then.

I have read through the 4 pages of comments on this but it hasn’t gotten me any closer to getting a front-end user the ability to upload files.
I would really like some help getting Download Manager working on my site please. I’ve been working on this for a couple days (I mean all day and night) and I feel like an idiot. Just having a big problem getting going… I know this is a great product just need to get up and working on the site.

I want to use the Download Manager add-ons, so I bought the Download Manager Pro Version 6. I am having trouble updating from the old version to version 6. I deactivated the old version and deleted it but I still get the old version. I even download the new version 6 from my login account dashboard and I don’t see where I can put my license key. Can you help me?

After last update, uploading and package editing do not function. The Update button does nothing.
