Hi @casperitchmarketing-dk,
Hope you are well.
In our testing, we found that gpg
files are uploading and downloading properly. Have you added your above-mentioned extensions like this?
Please check this.
If you are still facing a problem, please open a new topic alongside your WordPress admin login credentials in a private reply so that we can debug and give you a better solution about it.
Thanks
Hi Humayon Kabir,
Thank you for getting back to me.
Before opening a new topic and looking at debugging, please see this screen recording:

Anything I am doing wrong here?
It is worth mentioning that we have existing .gpg files placed in the WP Download Manager, so it has been possible earlier.
Hello @casperitchmarketing-dk,
gpg is an uncommon file type and wp didn’t recognise the file type, that’s why it is failing to upload. However, please use the wildcard *
which will allow uploading gpg files.
Also, you can try the below codes as well.

Thank you for your cooperation.

WPDM worked fine before this update: 3.1.18 – 2021.04.16
Now, my files don’t download from their pages. Absolutely nothing happens when the download button is pressed. I’ve tried some of the solutions suggested above, but no joy. Could you tell me what the problem is please? Or could you give me the option to use the pre-update version instead, thanks.
Hi @jeffdacaf,
Hope you are well.
Have you configured this field properly?
If still, the problem exists then will you please share your WordPress admin login credentials in a private reply so that we can debug and give you a better solution about it?
However, you can roll back to a previous version by using this plugin.
Thanks.
Hi Humayon;
Yes, that was one of the suggestions in the previous comments.
Hi @jeffdacaf,
I have tried as a user but the issue is not traceable.
Please open a new topic in the forum and provide your admin login credentials there in a private reply.
Thanks.
Ok, I will do this later and send you a message. Thanks
Hi @jeffdacaf,
Sure, please let me know when you will do it. I will gladly help you.
Have a good day.
Hi @jeffdacaf,
The issue occurred due to some sort of JavaScript conflict from any active plugin and server caches or minifications.
Please check now we have resolved your issue and the Download button is now working properly.
You can follow this for future reference and we will adjust it in the next update.
Thanks.
Hello @jeffdacaf,
Glad to hear that the issue has been resolved.

I am attempting to download Photoshop files that I uploaded. So most of them were able to upload but when I download it and open it in Photoshop this is the error “Could not open “Wk1_D1_Scripture.psd” because it is not a valid Photoshop document.” Please help.
Here is the page that I have put the downloads: https://churchfreelance.com/30-day-social-media-psd-and-png/
Yes, I am using the latest version of photoshop. I keep getting this error when I try and open it in photoshop:
“Could not open “Wk1_D1_Scripture.psd” because it is not a valid Photoshop document.” – I have tried downloading it and it has this issue as well as several other people.
Which files are you downloading? Are you positive it is opening up in Photoshop?
Hi @arturmac,
It worked well for the first time then it started showing the invalid document error.
I think your file might be corrupted that’s why it’s not working.
Please try uploading and then downloading the below file. It’s opening in Photoshop properly without any error.

Have a look at this.
Thank you.
Thanks for fixing it! I greatly appreciate it! Is there a way to bulk upload files and then match them with package?
Also is there a way to bulk edit packages and delete all of the psd files in them and also change the template to be all the same?
Hey @arturmac,
Please follow this for the bulk import.
However, for bulk edit packages you can use the CSV import by following the above-mentioned link but for bulk deletion, you can use the native WP feature.
Also, you can use the below add-on for the default template.
