and put the password, the Download button works fine. Password are: 1812eni_E&P

I’ve noticed a bug.. well more of a conflict between WPDM and the AddThis plugin. When the Addthis plugin if activated (even if not enabled on any pages) the hyperlinks for WPDM do not work. For example, in a page I have a category listing. I have the shortcode and it lists all the file downloads for that category. When you click on a file link instead of opening a new window and loading the file description like normal, in the new window it loads the entire page that the link was on. This is not the first I’ve seen of the AddThis plugin conflicting. There was a setting in the AddThis plugin that was causing the Tabs & Slides plugin to stop working on one of my sites..
The WPDM password reset feature is not working. I forgot my password for my account. I submitted my username for password reset. I got the reset e-mail and clicked on the link in the e-mail. I then entered the new password I wanted. All the page on the WPDM site did was looked like reload the page and clear out the password I typed in (i.e. password and the retyped password). I had to create another account.

AngelaIn a page I have the category shortcode. This lists all the files in that category. When listing the downloads it only shows the top half of the download link icon. I tried changing the icon from the default to see if that would help. Still only shows top half of the new download link icon.
Another issue I noticed is there are no paragraph breaks in the description of the file. Even though there are paragraph breaks in the description of the file details under the admin side, when users view the file description it has all the paragraphs together as if there were no paragraph breaks.

new add-on will be available soon with some new templates.
Also template preview option is in our to do list.
if you use category short-code then all link template will be from the category, anyhow your idea is good and we have no problem to add the option on next updateHi,
for now no upload option for icon from add/edit package window.
But if you want to use your own iconset , you can upload those through ftp in the following directory:/plugins/download-manager/file-type-icons/

right but I’m using the following template

In the free version there were a couple link templates, and one that was quite nice, but in the pro package there are no templates at all, I have tried to make a couple but i am getting no-where!, is there a source of pre-made templates anywhere? and is there a way to quickly preview what you do when you try to make a template? Also how do you select a different template for a different download link if they are in the same category, i.e. i would like to have a different style for say JPEG files than PDF Files, but both are in the same category?

If you lock your downloads and require email information, a link is sent to you using the entered email address. How long does the link last. It seems to expire within hours? What is the configuration for this and how do you extend for at least a week or never expire? Your live chat support suggests it also has to do with how many times it is downloaded? Why is that? What does that mean? Also to extend time in function.php. Many references to download links in this file. Any better help on this?

When I view my plugins or downloads page, I get a yellow box come up saying “There is a new version of Download Manager available. View Details»”.
If I click on the link, it takes me to http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/wordpress-download-manager-change-log/#404 – but shows latest version as 3.3.2 released in July.
Is there an update but I can’t see it, or is the update message in error? Link here shows what I can see:

The facebook like button shows up in both Safari and Chrome, however it doesn’t show up at all in Firefox (haven’t tested IE). But even when it shows up it still doesn’t download.Also, at the bottom of my web page there is an
“x

When I turn off the plugin it goes away, but when the plugin is active is is there? And ideas how to get rid of this or why this is showing up. If it helps, my site is on the Genesis Framework. I have turned off other plugins to see if they are the cause but can’t seem to find the reason. Not sure if this issue is also related to the facebook issue.Thanks in advance for your assistance.

change the link label to match your package title. Link label can be changed on the bottom left panel when managing a package.

Showing now. You will not see it in template link, but you can edit it from plugin editor ( filename is: /download-manager/templates/link-template-widget.php )
