Dear Supportteam,

i have a little problem. So i have an Image with a border and a space under it with text. So i want a little space between the border and the text. For the headline i can simple press space to add a little space. But for the Download Link – Shortcode it dosent work.

Is there any option, to bring the link just 1 space to the right?

My Idea was to add at the title of the download, before the first letter comes a simple space. But it dosent work.

When clicking created links, I see open new windows “file-not-found.txt”. But my file name “notasyon.docx”. What I do this subject. ? Thanks.

I bought the wpdm-pro package and the wpdm-form-lock to send customers an e-mail with download-link after submission.
I set the form up with contact form 7 and included it as described on the -> downlod-Post-page under -> lock-options. In fact: the form is sent, but without any link to file! How can I get the path to the download into that mail???

Hi,

The download link page is showing at the bottom of each page/ post/ news/ events.

This might be the reason my web page is running extremely slow.

Can this be removed?

Hi,
I am using download manger pro with file carts, package lists.
Suddenly the download link is not working properly anymore.
Only the thumb of the file ist shown. I deactivated the add ons, even delted download manger pro and reinstalled it.
But nothing helps.
Do you have any idea what has gone wrong?

I’m at a loss here!

I’m using the wpdm-archive-page plugin to generate the advanced search form.

On my search page I have this:

And my default link template for the archive page is “link-template-calltoaction3.php”

Everything is great with this but some of my Downloads are just links to a Youtube so I don’t want a ‘Download’ link for these items.

How can I add a condition in this template file so that if the [file_size] is 0.00 then I don’t show the download link.

I tried using the
<?php echo 'The size is this:'.do_shortcode("[file_size]"); ?>
but it is not recognized.

Any ideas?
