Hi,

Can I set settings for specific categories to be invisible for all users but they can download the package via link url in the post?

Also, I am adding add to cart button to the post, not to the package. When users add it to the cart, in the cart they see the link back to the package. Can I redirect to the post from the cart, not to the package?

Hi, suddenly the links for downloading some pdf are no longer working.
for example http://ibernex.es/download/ppt_gestion_de_activos/
The file is in the correct ftp , but when downloading it says file-not-found
Why?

I have similar problems with other links

And other issue:
When adding new file, becouse the previus was not working, now , instead of showing the name of the file, it shows the hole rute:
http://ibernex.es/download/requerimientos_minimos_de_la_electronica_de_red_so-2/
and see image

Hi,
When I try to use any download link with template it freezes my site.
I have to remove all cookies for site to become useable again.
This also happens if I click preview on a template link in the admin section too.
If I leave it long enough, it does work but only after about 10-15 minutes.
Has anybody any ideas?

I downloaded form lock and have installed it but having problems with an issue so hopefully you can help me out. I went in and edited the link template with the code below:

[title]
[download_link] [file_size]

I then used that code in side of:

[wpdm_category id="a-t-wall" operator="IN" title="Test Download Options" desc="Custom Description or 1" toolbar="1" order_by="title" order="desc" item_per_page="10" template="57aa0057bc44d" cols=6 colspad=4 colsphone=3]

The issue I am having is when I click on the [download_link] (in the first set of code) and it displays the preview of the form I created with contact 7. However a user hit submit button an email is sent to me as it should but the user doesn’t get their email with the download link.

I have setup under the package option I have gone under the lock options and have enabled form lock as well as the enabled the email download link. Trying to figure out how to fix the problem and have tweaked several options any idea.

We are looking for a solution to capture data for fields such as: First Name, Last Name, Company Name, E-Mail, Download Package, Date

Currently, the website has several add-ons installed including: Web Hooks, ZOHO CRM, Download Notifications, Advanced Custom Fields, Constant Contact

The website should store the data locally & send the download link via email, but we are also wanting to send it to a third party system(s) (CRM, Marketing Automation), as well as email notify internal users about the new download lead.

After some previous customization we are still running into issues including:

-Function to export subscriber info from wp backend does not include required fields
-Form only includes Full Name; not First Name & Last Name
-Web Hooks plugin is no longer supported and Zapier integration does not work
-ZOHO CRM integration does not send required fields to ZOHO (awaiting software update)

We are now considering purchasing the Form Lock add-on in hopes to use the Gravity Forms plugin to provide the ability to export all data cleanly as well as handle the Zapier integration for sending data to CRM and Marketing Automation systems. Will the Form Lock add-on allow us to accomplish the above? Does it work in conjunction with E-Mail Lock and the other Add-On’s that we have purchased?

I’m getting a lot of complaints from my visitors saying that when they are trying to download files, they are getting a text file instead saying “you do not have permission to download this file” – although I’ve got it set to All Visitors allowed to download it and on a Twitter Follow lock.

Some people are also reporting clicking the follow button (for Twitter) and then nothing happens.

Also, the LinkedIn button does not work at all – doesnt even display anything in the box and is not clickable.

Any ideas as this is causing us a lot of problems with our visitors.

I am using a Directory Add-on, which I need to have on a password-protected page. However, the individual package download pages (see screenshot) are still accessible and files can be downloaded from there. If I make the page private the package disappears from the directory. How can I hide these pages, or at least remove the download link?
