You need Pro version if you want to create a custom template. But free version has some built-in templates too. Please use TinyMCE add-on ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/ ) to insert the shortcode. It will show available link templates.

Still also getting an error “Download link is expired. Please get new download link.” when I buy the PDF and try to download it. This happens if I hit the package immediately from the website or through the email link.

Fixed (sort of) the issue with the [wpdm-pp-guest-orders]. It appears that this has been changed to [wpdmpp-guest-orders]

Hi, I have just bought Archive Directory Add-on.
Everything works except one thing. All files don’t link to single page of specific file.
I have only “DOWNLOAD” button below the title, but the title doesn’t link to file page.

MichalI have discovered an apparent conflict between Download Manager Pro 4.7.4 and the Themify Ultra theme in relation specifically to editing WooCommerce products. When both are active, certain links can’t be clicked when editing WooCommerce products. For example, the Screen Option link at the top of the Edit Product page can’t be clicked (it does nothing). Also, when Yoast SEO is active, the Yoast options don’t display completely on the Edit Product page. Mostly, links in the right sidebar don’t do anything when clicked on the Edit Product page. Product variations also will not display properly when clicking the Variations link.
If I disable Download Manager by itself with the Themify Ultra theme active, then all of the Product Edit options work. OR, if I switch the default Twenty Fifteen theme while Download Manager is active, the Edit Product options all work this way. I have tried rolling back my theme to an earlier version and manually reinstalling the latest version but the issue remains. I also don’t know why the issue affects editing WooCommerce products specifically.
I do see a javascript error appear in the Chrome Console on the WooCommerce Product Edit pages: “Uncaught Missing instance data for this datepicker”. If certain links are clicked (like adding a gallery image or trying to activate the Screen Options dropdown, then other JS errors will appear depending on what was last clicked on the Edit page. Namely, there is a datepicker.js error there no matter what is clicked on the page. This errors disappears when either Download Manager or Themify Ultra are not active.
I am not certain whether the issue lies with Download Manager or the Themify Ultra theme. I have tested with all other plugins disabled except for WooCommerce and Download Manager. I will provide access to my staging site for investigation. Note that the WP Staging plugin should remain enabled as this keeps the staging site’s front end password protected with the WP login credentials.

I have Purchased Prepaid credit add on.
I am using the site balance option to release download links.
members are purchased the items with site balance but in cart page, Total amount is showing wrong value. and that total amount is being deducted from their credit balance.
For Example, If their purchased item’s total value is 1200$ but it’s only showing 1$ in Total value. and 1$ is deducting from their credit balance instead of 1200$.
It’s huge loss for us. “ they have purchased 1200$ worth of items but only 1$ is deducting from their balance”.
Please check attached Screenshot for Your Reference.Kindly resolve the issues as early as possible. otherwise, it’s big loss for us. Please help me.

Hi guys, I’m a web designer. In the company’s site where I work, I create a custom login area because we have some documents to share with some partners; so they login with a specific credentials and after they can downlaod some pdfs, or images..ecc.. I create this final area with Download manager free version and it works really good with Chrome and Opera (I’m so happy for this), but when I test it with FIrefox, Explorer and Edge, the download link doesn’t appear…like no logged user. How is my matter? Is it a plugin problem? thank you for your reply Jen

Was going through the plugins… is the recent membership pro plugin linked to wpdm download limit plugin. Cause what ever plans I make in membership plugin its shown as a user in Download limit plugin.
If it is so then can you please guide me how to make changes as per user requirement.
Topic: PDF Viewer Shortcode
Guys, good evening. I’m going to try to give PDF viewer another go. I’ve installed the latest from the download section and embedded the shortcode in a template. Tried [pdf_thumb_wxh] which didn’t work. Tried [pdf_thumb] which brought up a package title and broken link. Just wondering if I’m using the wrong shortcode for the controllable height/width display. Thanks for checking. Will send page info and login credentials in a separate note.

I’ve updated to the new version. All of my downloads are broken. Most are showing as 0kb and when users click “download” nothing happens or it downloads a “link-expired.txt” file.
