Do not know why this happened. Probably after updating the package or updating my website theme?Topic: Category page options
I see that with the category page options that I can select a link template from this URL/tab:
/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=settings&tab=frontend
What actions do I need to take/explore if I want to have the toolbar appear on any of these templates I’m choosing so it will display and function by default when a category page is displayed?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Clark UniversityHi – we have Single File Download enabled and set for each package and we don’t have any locks. Since upgrading to 4.9.8, we no longer see a way to download individual files from the file list. Any idea what might be going on?
Thanks
I recently installed reCaptcha V3 as a way to prevent the inundation of spam mail. (I am a novice when it comes to webpages, and am now just figuring this out). It has been working great for the spam. But now it appears (I am guessing) to be blocking all links for my clients to download their plans. Before I implemented reCaptcha, I had each download link password protected, and it worked perfectly. Now if my client or myself tries to click on a link, nothing happens. I don’t know if the password pop-up is being blocked somehow, or if the link is “dead” due to the reCaptcha, or if something else is going on. ReCaptcha is the only thing that I can think of that was a major enough change to cause this.
I have gone through the blog on DownloadManager on how to implement reCaptcha, but that doesn’t appear to be solving any issue. I have tried implementing reCaptcha within the file settings, I have tried unchecking that box, and nothing seems to fix it. I hate to lose reCaptcha so that my clients can access their plans, as I really don’t want the uptick in spam again. But I have to imagine there is a setting somewhere that I have to change and everything will go back to the way it was.
Any insight would be much appreciated.

Hi there, wonder if you can please point me in the direction to solve a problem with the ‘Expire After’ feature of emailing a link?
It doesn’t matter how many minutes the link is increased by, unless the download link in the email is used within the hour, an ERROR! -Invalid download link – is shown (whilst as logged in user). This happens regardless of whether ‘Regenerate Master Key’ is used.Looking at class.Apply.php I can see it may be an issue with the key…?:
//Regular download processing
if (!isset($wp_query->query_vars[‘wpdmdl’]) && !isset($_GET[‘wpdmdl’])) return;$id = isset($_GET[‘wpdmdl’]) ? (int)$_GET[‘wpdmdl’] : (int)$wp_query->query_vars[‘wpdmdl’];
if ($id <= 0) return;$key = wpdm_query_var(‘_wpdmkey’);
$key = $key == ” && array_key_exists(‘_wpdmkey’, $wp_query->query_vars) ? $wp_query->query_vars[‘_wpdmkey’] : $key;
$key = preg_replace(“/[^_a-z|A-Z|0-9]/i”, “”, $key);if($key) {
$keyValid = is_wpdmkey_valid($id, $key, true);if ((int)$keyValid !== 1) {
\WPDM_Messages::error(__(“— Invalid download link —”, “download-manager”), 1);
}Look forward to your advice – thank you.

We bought the pro version of the plug-in and the Advanced Access Control add on. Everything seems to work except the member never receive any email notification when a package is assigned to a member. Besides when pressing the Email Download Link option, the form doesn’t seem to do anything.
Please advise.

Topic: Pagination not syncronized
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FAu4NUHL7EXUnagegLkWXDk_WqkMixrq/view
In the above link, I showing a video of Download Manager Advanced Access Control add-on issue. In this video, I used to a restriction that if user not allowed to download a particular package then hide the package for that user.
And In this video, I assigned 12 packages(name of packages like form-1 to form-12) to Sales forms & Pricing category. out of 12 packages(of Sales forms & Pricing category), 7 packages hide for a user(akshat.ambore) and only 5 packages are allowed to download for a user(akshat.ambore).
And I am using pagination shortcode of download manager and assigned 5 package’s per page but out of 5 packages(that are assigned to download a user) 3 package’s shows on the first page, 1 package on the second page and 1 package on the third page.My code look like this:
[wpdm_all_packages items_per_page="20" order_by="publish_date" order="DESC" jstable=1 cols="title,package_size|download_count|publish_date|download_link" colheads="Dokument|Broj preuzetih dokumenata|Datum|Preuzeti"]my date is all messed up. I try to add DD/MM/YYYY and %d-%m-%Y in order attribute and has changed but not like it should be.
I am trying to get the direct download link to work for sharing packages and it wont work. It just keeps downloading a file called permission-denied.txt. Please watch this video below and advise how to resolve this problem. Thanks.
