I have modified the custom link template ( Audio Clone ) and linked the download button to the details page.
Single Column, Flat Clone is a page template. It is applied in package details page. You will find it in the Page Template drop-down.

Have you installed the latest version of Download Manager? Your key should work fine as it is not linked to any other domain.
1 ) Created a new custom link template ( Audion Clone ). This template has both the play button and the download button as you asked. Installed the WPDM Image Button add-on to prettify the download link. You can change the button style from Image Button settings tab in WPDM settings page.
2 ) Cloned the Single Colum, Flat page template and added a link to your all download page. I have updated page template in this package https://kusumpu.com/download/suriyan-goundamani-comedy-ringtone/ Now you have to update all other packages to add the Back to all downloads button. You can modify the text by editing the custom page template.
I’ve just installed the WPDM Pro ecommerce package, and have set up my downloads.
1. in the shopping cart, is there a way to disable the “role discount” column?
2. After a successful checkout, I see an order number that I have to click to get to the order summary page with the download links. Is there a way to bypass this requirement to click the order number, and go directly to the order summary page with download links?
3. Is it possible to disable/remove the “add note” section at the bottom of the order summary/download page?

1 ) It is possible to add a download button. If you want both play and download button you have to clone the audio template and add [download_link] tag there. Then use this custom link template in archive page shortcode. Here is the Documentation.
2 ) You can add your all downloads page in your site menu to make it easily accessible from anywhere. Also, It is possible to add a link to the downloads page using a custom page template and custom template tag. I can help you with that. Send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply in that case.

I updated the wpdm pro and file-cart add-on.
Nice new fiture to send download link by email.
But only an empty file with name cache could be downloaded.
I had put 7 files in the file cart.
And also the download from the file_cart would not work. The zip file contained the path to the download manager files. But this was empty.
Very strange behaviour.
I had been using WPDM and add-ons for 2 years. When suddenly some functions did not work anymore. Therefore I did the update.
But now I do not know what to do.
Can you help`?

Your custom template didn’t have the [download_link] tag. I have updated the template code. Now permission denied message is being displayed. Tested with BWS Level 2 – Bilingual package.
You have to clear category access settings. If you are using package access setting no need to use the category setting. As the user could get the access from category setting even when package setting doesn’t allow access.
Please make sure you have cleared the cache after changing settings and updating packages.

Currently, it is not possible with Dropbox storage. But you can use Amazon S3 add-on ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wordpress-amazon-s3-storage-plugin/ ) to protect the download link.

Here are the steps to show email lock popup on click a button with custom text,
1 ) In your package settings set 7 Deadly Sins of Retirement PDF as Link Label.
2 ) Set Button Template as Link template in the package setting or you can set the link template in step 3
3 ) Then put the package shortcode where you have your button now. You can set the Button template when in this step too using template parameter.

I have the following problem: I have a download-package containing several files. I download them with a direct link (no download-page) and get the ZIP-File with the files in it. Is it possible to have all files separate with a single download link?
e.g. file1 and file2 gets downloaded with one link and NOT zipped?

I was hoping there was a shortcode that would use the link template that is applied to each download.
Are you using a custom link template there? I can’t check as the temp user doesn’t have admin access.
The access denied message is shown when you have [download_link] template tag in your link template. Please try a built-in template. I think your template doesn’t have it.
However, if it is possible please allow admin access to the temp user so we can resolve this issue faster.

Yes, it is possible using a custom template of /download-manager/wpdm-all-downloads.php file. Please check this doc https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/template-files/ It shows how to create a template file.
You have to perform 2 updates in the new template file,
1 ) Replace line 255 with $data['download_url'] = wpdm_download_url($data);
2 ) Find get_the_permalink(get_the_ID()) and replace with $data['download_url']

But there is error on homepage interface when activate and deactivate User Reviews, you see and guide me fix the error.
And I just discovered another bug related to the submenu menu. Please visit the demo “https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro” by mobile and try to click submenu to access the submenu link or not?
And another error is that after I press like facebook finished I do not see where to download “test on my localhost with the feature will be downloaded after like Facebook (Facebook like lock)”.

I must not have been clear in my original post. I don’t want to go to the details page. I want the title to be the download_link. I want to display the text of title but make it display as a hyperlink with the url being the download_link.
To put it a different way, can you change the title of download_link from “Download” to the document title?
There is an option to block only download links when a user does not have access to the package. Currently, your setting is set to Hide Everything option. You can change it from Downloads Settings Basic Access Settings Panel. Setting the option to ‘Only block download link’ will enable the permission denied message on packages.

There are many variables when you are calculating site speed. The most important thing to consider is web hosting. If your server is not optimized or using a server with limited resources ( e.g. cheap shared servers ) you can’t expect a fast site.
Download Manager handles many data-heavy operations which adds a little more load on your server as any other similar plugin would do. But that does not have any noticeable effect on site speed. And if you use a cache plugin, all WPDM pages are loaded through the cache and does not add any server load. It just serves cached page without any server calculation.
By the way, I checked your link. The site speed seems pretty nice. Like most other WordPress sites.

I made the change on line 94 in /download-manager/admin/class.DownloadManagerAdmin.php file. You have to do it again after plugin update. The link is an image button by default. You requested to change it to text in a previous ticket.
Processing multiple PDF files requires more server resource. Do not have the exact numbers on this matter. But can’t guarantee if multiple file stamping would work on your site or not.
