I’m building a WordPress site on my local machine (so I can’t provide a link to show you). I’m using the free Ribosome theme and the WordPress Download Manager (WPDM) plugin. When I installed the companion WPDM – Gutenberg Blocks plugin, both my site title and social media icons in the top bar disappeared. I really want to use both Ribosome and the WPDM – Gutenberg Blocks plug in. How can I make the site title and social icons appear when using both?

Is error 500 Download link, please help
As I wrote before, I’m using Bulk import page, but I cannot set the correct mapping for some fields using the previously attached csv.
For example:
– Category (I created category in Downloads > Category and in Posts> Category as well, but no one are linked)
– File Name (Inside the page I see the name of the .pdf instead the filename)
– Access permission (always set as Full access)
The packages you see in backend were manually modified after the import. In screenshot the packages imported with csv (no manually modify).

@Shahriar thank you. Unfortunately, I am still stuck. I logged in to your site and got my key. First, in my user dashboard in wpdm.com, the API key modal still shows the old URL under “Linked Sites:” Second, when I log into my WP website’s admin back-end and try to enter my API key via Downloads > Setting > License, paste the API and click “Save Settings” I get a message “Invalid License Key”. It appears that perhaps the API key was not unlocked. Additional help would be appreciated. Thank you.

2 ) Swift doesn’t support the additional previews yet. Will add this in next version. But can use the WPDM Page Template add-on which will allow you to use any Page Template from Downloads Templates page.
bbPress is overriding the template style. Add the following code in Customzie Additional CSS option. That should fix the style.

One of your plugins is creating the JS error which is blocking the download operation. We can bypass it using a custom link template. Please install the Pro version of Download Manager and then you can create custom link template from Downloads Templates page. Or just let me know after installing Pro. I will create the template for you.

We have a problem with the Download manger Premium plugin license:
Website was in a temporary domain http://ajba****.se
as under construction status and today we migrated to it’s permanent domain http://digita******.se/.
After the migration we can’t update license as it’s linked to the old domain.

When a download is expired the expired notice is shown automatically. Download Manager replaces the download button the notice text. Make sure you have [download_link] template tag in your template because this is the tag that shows the expired notice.
Okay, I did not realize that was an option.
However, when I try to generate a link it says “Error! Unauthorized Access”
Also, I don’t want a usage limit or a time expiration. Should I just put large numbers those fields?
Will this option show as a link template in bbpress or it will simply be a link to click on for a direct download?
You can generate the download link using the “Generate Link” button located under each pacakge in all packages page. Then put this link in the bbpress topic.

I have several items I need to address for my customer. they are all minor to us but of course important to them. The product works awesome for how we have deployed it, thank you for the great work! Below are the items and I apologize if they are answered elsewhere but I could not find references. If they are enhancement requests or being considered for future releases, please let me know!
1) The customer wants the cart to have the ability for “clients” to be able to unselect items in the download application. Currently if you want to unselect an item, you have to go into your cart and delete it
2) The customer would like the cart to automatically delete with out having to refresh after they download
3) The customer would like breadcrumb’s to work on the download application currently i am unable to find a way to make them work with the available breadcrumb apps I can provide access to show examples if necessary
4) The customer has to be WACG compliant and the audit returned the following:
– All download hyperlinks below red arrow do not read out the file name they just read out ‘download hyperlink’. Each download button should read out “Download file name”
5) The customer would like the download history to show the actual file downloaded vs. the package name for two reasons:
a) if the package name changes then the link is broken
b) several packages have 300+ files in them and remembering what specific files in a package was downloaded is difficult for their clients

The download package works great on pages, however I would like to display the package link on a forum topic page. Shortcodes do not work on these pages so how can I do this??

We are using Enfold theme but the login page is not allowing a slider we want to add at the top that goes under the logo (so that the logo and navigation will show). This works on the register page and dashboard page, just not the login page.

As you can see the login page does not have that image at the top even though within the page itself (backend) it has been added.

i have 2 x wpdownload manager accounts
from the admin i cannot connect to the account with the purchased wpdownloadmanager
but annoyingly i can with my old account
i had an issue getting my licence when i bought the product with the new account so maybe your internal settings need sorting out
with the wpdownload manager error the admin is up to 24 seconds load time!

You can remove those links by overriding the email template. To modify the template copy it from /download-manager/email-templates/ directory. Then place it in your /active-theme/download-manager directory and make necessary changes. But keep the same file name. Now, this new template will be used to send emails.
Sorry, I guess I don’t understand how the Block Emails function is supposed to work. Can you explain it to me or direct me to a place that discusses it in more detail?
I assumed the function would refer to the list of email addresses I entered and prevent the system from sending or receiving any emails to those addresses. Specifically, I want to specify a domain I could enter in the blocking list (for example xxxx.com) and then when the system tries to send out email messages with a download link (per the Email Lock function) it should recognize the email address domain as one I entered in the blocking list and NOT send any automated email message to it after all. But email messages to all other email addresses should still go out as normal.
So I guess the system does not work this way? Where can I learn more about how it is actually designed to work?

You can add multiple files in the same package/post. Then show the files using a Table or Box format with individual download links. The user can download the file they prefer.
