I have a digital downloads store setup, I am using Download Manager Pro to handle the file purchasing and downloading.
The PayPal and Stripe payment methods are being used.
I have noticed this issue on guest purchases I have not tried purchases by logged in users.
Scenario 1:
A guest user purchases an item using Stripe, after purchase they are taken to the download page to download their product and receive a receipt email from Stripe and an email from my store which I have setup using the email template options, it contains a link to the download page and the information they need to download their product again if they wish.Scenario 2:
A guest user purchases an item using PayPal, after purchase they are taken to the download page to download their product and receive a receipt from PayPal, there is no email sent by the store telling them how to download the product again if they wish.
If I use PayPal IPN the receipt email from PayPal contains some product information. If I use the new PayPal API method the email from PayPal contains no product information.In Scenario 2 I expect the store to send an email in the same way as it does for Scenario 1 so that the customer receives an email from the store telling them how to download the product again if they want to.
I totally fail to understand how this functionality is either not implemented or has remained broken for so long.

My client would like the option to filter packages by tags in the ‘wpdm_all_packages’ shortcode.
I’ve managed to add tag support by copying the ‘wpdm-all-downloads.php’ file to a ‘download-manager’ folder in my child theme and adding the following code:// CUSTOM ADDITION: TAGS $tags = get_the_tags(get_the_ID()); $ftags = array(); if (!empty($tags)) { foreach($tags as $tag){ //$taglink = get_tag_link($tag->term_id); $ftags[] = "<a class='sbyc' href='{$cfurl}{$tag->slug}'>{$tag->name}</a>"; } $tags = @implode(", ", $ftags); }and

When we click on a tag, the table shows ‘No results’.
I’m assuming that the dataTables files have to be edited in some way to add tag support there? Or is there another solution?
Could you point me in the right direction to get this to work?Is it possible that in some packages, the download button takes the user to a different link on an external site.

The default didn’t do anything, so I tried others, ending with this one:

Clearly something else is going on. The page remains the same, not a table, no download buttons, and detail pages also have no download button.

In original image there is no white areas, I think the download manager plugin is adding these white spaces to be square as I set in the link template ?Another thing, what I should do to have zoomed cropped image, like below

I have adjusted it, you should follow the instruction, I have just done with the page default template like
<a href="[download_url]" class="btn btn-primary" target="_blank">[link_label]</a>please check, it is working with all your packages now which are set as the default page template.

A new box and Close link has appeared on my home page below the footer. I have traced it to the Dowload Manager.

We are using WordPress Download Manager Special Pack in my site and using a shortcode as below.

We get listing of pdf in descending order but can’t get order_by: title.

i’m using your plugin on my website. I have linked a file from my server FTP in asset manager. (My client dont have a skills for any edits in admin then i must prepare automatical update from FTP).
But now, I uploaded file test.png with cca 300Kb size. This asset is showing great on website. After that i try to reupload other file with same name (like a update), but with different content and size (700kb). Now when i click download, content is ofc. ok – updated. But filesize is still 300kb. Is here a some way to automatically recalculate file sizes in your plugin?

I was able to replicate the issue, and after disabling all plugins, etc., I was able to find out that it was a conflict with the MainWP Child plugin, which we use on all our sites to link them to our MainWP hub, that causing the problem (https://mainwp.com/).
I have tested this on a dev site with only the MainWP Child and Download Manager plugins installed (https://thinksite.co.za/test1/) and I am seeing the exact same error messages. Disabling the MainWP Child plugin resolves the issue.
When one tries to publish a new download package, it redirects to the error screen, but the package does actually get posted – ie. if one clicks “back” and checks the download list it does appear there, but we can’t have clients seeing errors like this whenever they try to work.
Please let me know if you need admin access to our dev site to investigate.

Downloads > Templates > link-templates/page-templates, you canclonethem or create a new one. and thus you can edit them or use in your own package settingspage-templates/link-templates.Furthermore,
you can follow the link below documentation,
