Hi,
If I get you, the download manager doesn’t send form fill up information. it sends the file download link also the default other info. But you can get the form captured data from the download dashboard panel. however for the sending information to the user with an extra feature, it needs some customization.

We have our downloads setup so that only logged in users can access them….that is working great. We need users to fill out a form asking a couple of questions for each download and have the results emailed to us. We are using Form Lock and WPForms to accomplish this. The problem is that users are only asked these questions the first time they try to download a package and we do not receive the email notification and WPForms doesn’t record the submission but they are presented with a link to the download after submitting the form. We thought that having “Show form every time” checked under the Form Lock settings would ensure that the forms is presented with each download. We also need to figure out why WPForms is not recording and sending the results.

Hi,
Where do you want to send the filled form data, when a user fillup the form. The user will get the download link with the related email. and you will find the filled form data in subscriber section

Update to situation: We were able to update the plug-in as the “update” link however the file-cart plug-in uninstalled itself and now is in perpetual “please wait” when we clicked download to reinstall.

Cannot download 5.1.17 from our downloads page and am still within the 1 year maintenance for updates. When clicking on the link to 5.1.17 on the wordpress downloads page it simply opens a lightbox that says “plugin not found”. Our templates are acting weird and our filecart button is also not responding correctly and its likely due to not being able to update. This is an urgent matter as our users cannot access our documentation to download. We would appreciate some help please with this situation.

My license did not renew last month and I had to manually reinstall Download Manager Pro once I manually renewed. Today I noticed that all my link buttons have defaulted to something completely different and none of the templates which I have previously seen or used look the same, even the template settings interface looks strange (like it is only rendering text and no images). I have updated all plugins and deactivated and reactivated everything but nothing seems to be working correctly. Any help please?

The T&Cs text on my preview page displays with the right formatting. However on my download link the T&Cs pop up displays without any line-breaks, and doesn’t work with <br> HTML tags added either. This is a problem as the text is very long and need to be broken up. What is the solution to this?

I have two type of roles, one named “CDA” and another one named “DIRETTIVO”.
I need to do one simple thing.I must create two different folders (category), one named CDA and one named DIRETTIVO.
I want that CDA user can see only the CDA folder (category) anche DIRETTIVO user can see only DIRETTIVO folder (category) ok?
I have tried the free varsion, I bought “Advanced Access Control” add-on for 49 dollars, then i have bought the PRO version for 59 dollars, but for the moment i can’t do what i want. It’s frustrating. 108 dollars for nothing!

STEP 1:
“…if anyone wants to hide packages, need to select the “Hide Everything” option from Access Settings ► When a user is not allowed to download: which available in PRO version …”It’s ok for the packages, but not for the category visibility.
STEP 2:
I have set the setting of the category like you:
“before giving access to a certain category for a particular role you have to set like as I image attached, you should use Use Link Template option and your particular role,”
Only admin user can see this Category, but i have created e subscriber user and i can see it -.-
what can I do to show a category folder only to some users?

item_per_page doesn’t appear to be working in wpdm_category, as I’m seeing a max of 10 downloads in one page.
I’ve tried the following variations just in case (referring to https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/short-codes/)…

I am not able to attach the screenshot of this. However i have send the image in mail which i have received the notification support@wpdownloadmanager.comSiteground have cleared this matter there is no issue with their servers. I have deactivated all other plugins except this, then also this issue is not cleared.

Oh, I have understood. Rather than sending part of the image instead of the download link, there needs some customization, it needs customization the email sending form. you have to knock here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=upgrade

I installed the WPDM Extended Shortdoce package but cannot activate it due:
