Hi,
My files are stored on on amazon S3. Since we switched over when one clicks the download button the tab switches and opens the file. my client wants it to download directly and the user should stay on the sites page.
Can you please help me with this?

You can use our advanced Custom Fields Add-on to add the old package link as a custom field in the new package settings. This custom field tag can then be easily inserted into your download page template.

If you’d like to link two packages together, you can do so using a page template. Simply create a template for the new package’s download page and include a link to the previous package within it. This way, when users visit the download page for the new package, they’ll also have the opportunity to discover and explore the older one.

ich würde gerne ein älteres Paket in einem neuen Paket verlinken.
Hintergrund: ich habe mehrere Pakete, die unter anderem die selbe Datei beinhalten. Damit ich bei einer Änderung dieser Datei nicht jedes Paket bearbeiten muss, möchte ich ein Paket mit nur dieser Datei immer wieder verlinken.
Mit dem einfachen Shortcode funktioniert das bisher nicht.

Ah I see there is an issue with the white txt on the button link – that’s a new change and didn’t see that.
We also used to have a download all button.

Hi,
We just recently noticed that our uploads were not available to download.
We then checked our licence and noticed it had expired yesterday. We renewed this morning but still not able to allow downloads on our pages.
Attached a screenshot of our one of our downloads page – there are no active links on this page.
We have recently renewed our licence albeit a day late.
Our PDF links have disappeared and nothing can be downloaded. I have cleared cache and cron jobs etc howwver issue still persists.

There are ‘lock options’ in the download packet settings. In the “After submitting form” options, I have deactivated the “Mail download link” function, but it still sends the link to the user with every download.

When you share data from a server such as Google Drive or Dropbox, Download Manager simply links the direct download URL from the server. So when a user clicks the download button, the file is downloaded directly from Google Drive.

I noticed a problem with the clothing theme, is it possible to fix this? The title of the file on the category page we created with the download manager codes does not fit on the screen. This problem is present in mobile design.

I’m referring more to the “When user is not allowed to download: Hide Everything”
I’d like to have some of my packages visible to users with the link hidden and some hidden. Is that possible?
I cloned one of the default link templates today and now Download Manger Pro is causing a general Website technical error when visitors load any page.
The Link Template tab shows the critical error message as well. Other tabs are displaying correctly.
When WPDMPRO is deactivated the visitor errors go away – but of course download link functionality is lost.I updated the Download Manager but the other plugin WPDM Archive Page disappeared after this update. On the page that used the plugin, this message appeared: “[wpdm_archive_filter items_per_page=”12″ template=”1_3_final” cols=2]”

Hi,
after updating to version 3.3.11, I can no longer insert files via URL — specifically from Microsoft SharePoint.This used to work perfectly in previous versions, I would paste the SharePoint URL pointing to an .exe file, The file would stay linked and downloadable
Now, after updating the page, the file URL appears saved at first, but it disappears after the site update, and the download becomes broken.
Could you please check if anything changed regarding how external URLs (like SharePoint links) are handled in this version?
