This plugin was installed when I had a wpdm pro subscription, but I have no idea why it is not installed at the moment. Unfortunately, I do not have the power to buy pro membership right now.

This demo page is using “Single Colum, Flat” page template. And the sidebar is coming from the Crypton theme.

Hi,
You need Crypton theme to make your site look exactly like the demo. But it is possible to use specific parts of the demo if that part is coming from a shortcode.
If you want to create the download boxes like demo create custom link template from Downloads Templates page. The demo is using a modified version of Link template Panel.

Any ideas on this error? This happens when I add a featured image or additional image. This also breaks the backend package page and the fron-end shows an error. Using crypton theme, but have tested others and experience the same error.

I’ve just updated to the latest version of DMP and am now having issues with the Prosper theme I was using.
I’ve got a page on my site that I am using as my homepage, this contains the shortcode [wpdm_user_dashboard signup=1 flaturl=0 fav=1]
to display the user dashboard. This displays fine, but if I then click on the “My Downloads” link I get taken to the Blog page with nothing on it.Also if I switch to using the Prime theme, when I click on the My Downloads link I’m getting a 403 forbidden error.
The only theme that seams to remotely work is the Crypton theme, this at least displays a list of downloads when I click on the link. However if
I also click on any of the other links on that same page, such as the Edit Profile link I am also presented with a list of downloads.Any ideas why I’m having these issues and any possible solutions?

The demo site is using our Crypton theme https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/crypton/ So you need this theme to create the exact layout.
But you can also use category shortcodes to display downloads from a category. Install the TinyMCE add-on ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/ ) for using shortcode easily.
Just purchased Special Pack and also Paypal Pro after seeing the Crypton demo, specifically this page is exactly what I wanted.

I loaded that page in multiple browsers and on my 2 cell phones, it was perfect.
The theme I got doesn’t look quite the same, and there are formatting issues when on a small screen (bootstrap is not collapsing properly).
I can fix the bootstrap issues in the theme files, but the bigger issue is the Buy Now button isn’t showing up, which is 90 percent why I went with you guys. That instant click and purchase is invaluable and always increases sales in my experience. So I must have it working as advertised.
I selected the option in Downloads->Settings->Premium Package->Basic Tab->Purchase Settings->Show Buy Now Option
But It shows and empty box on the front end, see attached pics.
What to do?
New customer with all plugins downloaded yesterday, wordpress is up to date. Also, switched themes and the button doesn’t show up on other WPDM themes either.
