We purchased this plugin to be integrated to ourt website:
zookdisk.com
When I am trying it to assign to a package it downloads an error txt file. I have created a user account for you to investigate the lock system:
https://zookdisk.com/resource-category/downloadable-step-files/
We are using wpforms for formlock that is also installed and the name of the form is : FORM LOCK
We have created a user account for you and sent you via email:

I noticed today that my “Allow Access” default values had all reverted to blank, instead of the 3 defaults I had set in the default settings tab. I checked the settings, they were blank as well. Setting them and clicking “update all” had no effect. I have like 2800 files. Quickly tested one by setting them in the file and they took.
I had noticed an update that I had not updated to for quite some time (I was still running 4.89 I believe). SO I updated the core and then all the add ons. It seems to have fixed the “default values” issue. However, now none of my previews pdfs will load (see image) and all of my downloads show a white screen with a button “Download Limit Exceeded”. I’ve checked the system settings for download limit, the default settings for download limit and even checked a few packages for the download limit. I don’t understand what it happening.
I had no download limits set anywhere. I tried resetting the limit for all users. I tried setting a system download limit, a default download limit and a package download limit all with no luck.
I would revert back, but download permissions were broken, that’s why I updated.

Please help. This is on a live site.

Did exactly what you said, except the activation. We have a 1 site licence and this is our development server. If we copy everything over to our live production we can activate this single licence there.
But still no change. The favorite button doesn’t work.
With WPEngine we tested with all plugins off, basic themes, nothing made the favorite button work.
So kind of stuck here. It is the main feature of the plugin.
What we can see is that if we go to the my downloads page, some of the images we set to favorite are there. But not all of them.. So it is saving the favorites in a way. but doesn’t update the number favorites, after favoriting the package. And not all the favorites are being saved.

I want to display a table of all my downloads on this page
https://smartworkingrevolution.com/member-resources/
Underneath where it says COMINGSOON
And have put in this short code but it is not working
[wpdm_all_packages items_per_page="20" jstable=1 order_by="title" order="ASC" cols="title|categories|price|download_link" colheads="Title|Categories|Price|Download::155px"]
When I add your short code as per the link you sent – I see an empty table
When I add mine (above, edited) the page will just never load
I want to display all my Packages with Title, Category and Price
hello, thanks for your interest.
But there are those who are stuck in my head. Now I want to learn the logic of what exactly happens when we value roles.
Also, how can we do this if we want to give unlimited downloads to all roles?

Hi,
Please try to logout/login again, it may help you. also, you may try these steps,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.
To enable the auto-update, login to your WPDM account from Downloads > Settings > Updates tab
Thanks.

Maybe I am not asking this correctly.
Let me try to better explain what we have.
Under Settings I go to ‘Quick Forms’
Once there I have a field called DPSI Customer # with the following attributes:
– Field Label: DPSI Customer Number
– Field Name: acf_Registration_cust_no
– Field Type: Text
– Required Attribute: Not Required
Once the user registers on our site we capture the information. We can then go to the Users/All Users section of the wordpress site. There we can view the customer and we see the DPSI Customer # that they entered on the registration form.
The customer then logs into our site and downloads a file that is password protected. They are prompted with a message saying that an email will be sent to them with the password to unlock the file.
An email is then sent to our support team (via Download Notifications) stating the a user has downloaded a file and requires a password to unlock the file after download. Our support teams then needs to verify that this is a active customer of ours and is permitted to unlock the software that they downloaded.
Here is the problem: The email that support receives contains the users email address but we cannot show the DPSI Customer # that was entered during registration.
We need to show the DPSI Customer # on this email that we send to our Customer Support team.
How can we do this?
Thanks,
Steve
Hi and thanks for your quick reply. I finally found it here: Downloads > Settings > User Interface : the Bootstrap-Version had not been chosen yet. I set it to version 4 and it finally worked like a charm.
Best wishes from Germany and stay healthy and happy

Oh really sorry, I have missed your topic. It may be a CSS or Jquery issue. Because, when you click the additional preview images “plus” image it takes you to the top of the page. Please try adjusting from Downloads > Settings > User Interface enabling/disabling styles/scripts. It may help you. Please let me know.
Thanks.
Hi,
If somebody clicks the download button, then it needs to stay on the same page for some time. Like when you press the button it downloads the file from the generated link. By default, the feature is, it has to be closed the popup manually.
Thanks.

Hello,
We are using Download Manager Pro with the ‘Form Lock’ add on.
After the user fills in the form and downloads the file, the popup has to be closed by the user. Is it possible for the popup to close automatically after download? This would give a better user experience.
Many thanks,
Phil
How to allow users to download files without content gate if they already submitted the form?
As of now users need to enter their details each time when they download files.
Hi team, hope you all are safe.
I am new to this plugin, and my client website is using a Form Lock as content gate. So each time when a visitor needs to download the file, they want to fill the form again, this is hurting the user experience of the site.
How can I remove the content gate and allow the customer to download the file directly if they previously filled the content gate(form lock). ( here in this case they are filling the same contact form for all the file downloads). ( https://imgur.com/1l6YUsc check this screenshot to see how the files are listed).
Thank you very much team
