Hi Nayeem,
I’m not seeing WPDM File Cart add-on on the demo/test site here: https://try.wpdownloadmanager.com
Is there another place to try the File Cart addon?
Thanks for your help.

Hi and thanks for that info!
Is there a way for us to try it out on our test site https://welstestdev.wpenginepowered.com/ so that people don’t get mad?
Also, could I try the gravity forms integration as well?
Last can people on the frontend view their download history? I’ve been asked this several times. We provide organizations programs to work through. They want to know which ones they already did. (Kinda like LMS tool).
Thanks for your consideration.
Sorry – for the typo. “Hi Andy” should have been “Hi Shahjada”. Too many emails this morning.
Hi team,
You asked me to contact ‘support@wpdownloadmanager.com’ which I did several times and still no response. Since then, I’ve been billed again against my cc for the same addon (now 4 times within 1 year). Please help.
Will do. Thank you Nayeem!
Thanks Nayeem. I did as you suggested, but it didn’t change anything. The strange error of site undefined was very confusing. Then I deactivated Download Manager and reactivated it which made the password protected downloads work again. Thanks for your help though.
Thanks for your help. However, I’m seeing I need to reassign templates on every single download package across 22 subsites. I’m willing to do this but I’m not willing to do this every time we update the plugin. Please fix – @shaon.
Thanks.
Excellent. Thank you. An error message might be helpful with old codes.
Thanks for understanding! Works great.Just awaiting TinyMce fix.
Not true. Try it on Archive FLAT. It uses ID and doesn’t work with SLUG. Try it.
1. BAD TinyMce – ok awaiting your fix.
2. Archive shortecodes –
A. GOOD Confirmed – “Archive page shortcodes are designed to use a single shortcode per page. Then it will work fine.”
B. GOOD – No longer an issue – “search box result is showing posts” once using 1 shortcode per page/post.
C. BAD – Inconsistent use of slug versus ID for category parameter. Archive Flat ONLY works with ID. All other Archive shortcodes ONLY work with slug.
THanks
Understood. The sort option in the TinyMce Button allows orderby Title, but not by slug – which is different than title.
Example would be the order of seasons. I’d want them to appear in the proper order, not alphabetically. So if I can sort by slug, I could make that happen
TITLE
Spring (slug: Season-01-Spring)
Summer (slug: Season-02-Summer)
Fall (slug: Season-03-Fall)
Winter (slug: Season-04-Winter)
Is there a way to sort by slug?
Understood. This ticket may be closed. Thanks.
I should add, OR also sort by tag as well?
I figured this out by switching to a custom template that reveals complete package. What I don’t understand now is the sort. Can I sort on slug for this shortcode rather than ID?
