This issue was created by cache plugin. It was caching download url for guest users, but those urls are unique  and that’s where the issue created. However after adding some rules for download urls it is working now.

Hi,

You can replace the plugin css with your own. That’s the only way now. However, in next release of Archive Page we will check all issues you stated about overriding themes css and update as required.

Hello Alfred,

Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply. This issue is happening for some kind of server limitation , checking error log will expose the real issue. However, i have an workaround in mind, after getting login info i will apply it in your installation.

Hello Mike,

Did you check package setting? If ‘All Visitors’ are set in allow access field then anyone can download. However if that’s not the case , send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply.

Did you select this custom field group in email lock settings? It will be visible if you select it. Send login info in private reply if still not working.

Got the issue in “Unique email address” import. Will fix it soon. However, “Export all” works fine in our test. Please send your csv file or temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue.

You can use custom link template and set the download url to open in new tab. Just use target blank like following example,

Hi,

Sorry for delayed reply. There is no shortcode for this case. But you can share a direct download link with anyone and that person can download using master key from package settings. But that might not work for your use case.

However, as i said before, we will extend download manager to serve direct download for 100% discounted  user roles.

Hi,

Use ../wpdm-archive-page/languages/wpdmap.po file to translate plugin. No extra steps required , it can be translated as any other plugin using poedit.

No shortcode for whole category download, but you can use tree shortcode with direct download which will show all files of selected category and will be downloaded onclick.

Here is the shortcode,

[wpdm_tree category=”category_slug” download_link=”1″]

You have to install extended shortcode addon ( http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-extended-short-codes/ ) to use tree shortcode.

Hi,

You can create a custom page template to show customized package data (show/hide specific info).

Check this doc http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/page-templates/ It shows how to set page template in package settings.

Follow this link to check how to create a custom page template http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/admin-panel/templates/creating-a-new-template/ After that select it as your page template in package settings.
