Dear sir
good day, we are try to purchase your download manager software to fit on our website.
Right now we try your free editions, but we facing problems as below:
we has uploaded file, and creat download button, but once we fitted download password, The download links will be expired. we will get downloaded “link-expired.txt” file, but not our uploaded files. pls see attachments.
so we now not sure whether your download pro edition also facing same problems for us, we are hesitated to buy this paid plugins.
could u help me to check it , if need our login id, pls contact me. thanks

hi , thanks for support
the condition is , while we login with website administor a/c. those download button with password is workable.
but while i log out , just as a visitor downloading it, the link only get that file ” link-expired.txt”
so pls confirm
1. whether u has been log out , as a visitor then try that download.
2. we has suffer that download button ,sometime is workable, if we repeat download , also will get file “link-expired.txt”
pls help me check.
